How a gift is handled
Transparency. Every contribution is tracked and audited to ensure it reaches the intended fund.
Audited trust. Official Alumni Association receipts are issued for all contributions, under audited financial governance.
From transfer to receipt. You transfer the amount and send us its reference number. The Secretariat matches it to the bank statement and marks it verified, the batch totals update, and your official receipt, with the Association’s serial number, is emailed to you.
